Science-Based Breathwork When You
Cannot Afford to Stay Stuck

Neuroscience-backed techniques to regulate your nervous system, reduce anxiety, and restore clarity

                        Why Breath

No therapist, coach, or method can live your life for you.

Therapy has its place and deserves respect. But sometimes you need support that works right now, not after five sessions.

Breathwork is not a replacement for therapy.
It is a reset.

Think of it as an emergency regulation button for the nervous system. When pressure rises and clarity disappears, the breath helps restore stability within minutes.

Life does not pause while we slowly rebuild ourselves. Real situations unfold in real time. Your presentation is tomorrow. Your decision must happen today. Your mind needs stability now.

Breathwork works because it shifts the nervous system first. When the body regulates, mental noise quiets. Awareness expands. Insight becomes accessible.

Clarity comes from your own lived experience.

Your nervous system stores experience long after the mind has tried to move on. When regulation returns, insight often appears naturally.

No external expert understands your internal system better than you do.

There is no universal answer. Each person carries a unique history, nervous system pattern, and emotional architecture.

Breathwork does not give you someone else’s answers.

It helps you access your own.

My work sits at the intersection of nervous system science and lived human experience.

Breathwork isn’t just holistic wellness—it’s a science-backed method, validated by controlled studies and medical research. Through intentional control of your breathing patterns (rate, depth, rhythm), breathwork activates the parasympathetic nervous system via vagus nerve stimulation, steadily increasing vagal tone and heart rate variability (HRV)—key indicators of improved emotional regulation and resilience to stress.Neuroscientific studies confirm breathwork engages the central autonomic network (CAN)—brain regions like the prefrontal cortex, amygdala, and hippocampus—resulting in improved emotional regulation, cognitive clarity, and reduced levels of cortisol and perceived anxiety.

Nordic traditional Spirit breathwork uses rhythmic, conscious breathing to enter altered states of consciousness, connecting body, mind, and spirit. This sacred breath helps release trapped emotions, past trauma, and mental blockages, allowing deep mental adjastmets and transformation. By opening energetic pathways and stimulating the natural flow of life force (prana or spirit), it brings clarity, emotional balance, and reconnection to one’s true self and higher wisdom. In essence, shamanic breathwork works as a powerful spiritual medicine that cleanses, renews, and awakens the whole being.

Breathwork as Spirit Medicine

Balancing the relentless demands of both career and family was incredibly tough. For a long time, I felt overwhelmed and guilty as I struggled to succeed in both. Some days, the stress was so intense that I neglected my own health just to keep everything afloat. I'm so glad I met you

From broken to whole. From chaos to clarity. Oxana’s breathwork gave me strength I thought I’d lost—and the courage to rise again.

My divorce pulled the ground out from under me. I’m used to pressure, but this was different. I felt exposed, unsteady, and unsure of myself.

Working with Oxana became a turning point. Her breathing work gave me something solid when everything else felt unstable and helped me find my way back to myself.

After years in a senior role, losing my job felt like the ground disappeared beneath me. Everything I had built suddenly felt erased. I felt invisible, isolated, and completely adrift.

Your support carried me through that period. It helped me steady myself, see differently, and begin forgiving both the situation and myself for believing I wasn’t good enough.

Feeling stuck between financial pressures and wanting to show up for the kids was sometimes overwhelming—the mental load just never let up. Breathwork gave a way to slow down those racing thoughts and helped bring back a sense of balance and calm into daily life.

Know Me

Hi, my name is Oxana.

I immigrated to the United States twenty-five years ago and rebuilt my life from the ground up.

Resilience was not an abstract concept in my life. It was a necessity. Growing up in an unstable environment taught me early how essential nervous-system regulation and emotional composure are for survival and growth.

Over the years, recovery became a disciplined practice. Alongside long-term therapy and structured inner work, I built a career in high-stakes corporate environments where clarity, discretion, and emotional regulation were essential. I also pursued studies in immunology through programs affiliated with Harvard Medical School, completed business education through Stanford, and trained extensively in meditation, nervous-system regulation, and breath-based practices.

Today I work privately with individuals operating under sustained pressure, helping them regulate their nervous system, restore clarity, and maintain performance during demanding periods of life and leadership

My work is offered as emotional support consulting and breath-based nervous system regulation. I am not a therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical provider.

Neurobase Assisted Breathwork

Constant pressure keeps the nervous system in a prolonged stress state. Over time, recovery weakens, emotional regulation declines, and clear thinking becomes harder.

Burnout is not a lack of discipline. It is a nervous system that has been operating in overdrive for too long.

Each session creates a controlled physiological reset, helping the nervous system return to balance so clarity, stability, and resilience can recover.

The Exhale Session

High-stakes roles rarely allow space to speak openly.

Pressure builds. Expectations stay high.

Here, you do not have to perform.

You talk.
I listen.
No judgment.

A private space to think clearly again.

Stability Reset

When life or work shifts suddenly, the nervous system often absorbs the shock before the mind has time to process it. Divorce, loss, career transitions, major decisions, sudden illness, or sustained high-pressure demands can disrupt focus, sleep, and emotional balance.

ADHD Reset Session

A focused reset for individuals with ADHD experiencing task paralysis. When overwhelm or mental overload makes it difficult to start or move forward, this session helps regulate the nervous system and restore focus.

The goal: move from paralysis to clear, steady action.

Discussing something so intimate isn’t simple, and most veterans keep their struggles private — it’s just the way we were trained: don’t talk about your problems. I coped with my challenges for years, but after nearly two decades, I finally discovered someone who could offer real support. If you know veterans dealing with PTSD, Oxana is absolutely worth reaching out to.

When my husband left me for someone 30 years younger, I truly believed my life was over. At 63, I’d settled into solitude—just a cat, a quiet corner, and fading purpose.

But you wouldn’t let me disappear.

From doctors to dresses to laughing by the pool for six hours, you reminded me what it means to feel alive.

Now? I’m engaged—and you’re coming to the wedding.

Thank you for helping me reclaim joy, one truth, one laugh, one fabulous day at a time.

Linda, Tiburon, CA

I can’t put into words the relief I experienced when Oxana helped me understand that it’s okay not to always feel loving—especially during moments when my son was disrespectful. That simple truth transformed everything. I stopped masking my feelings, embraced my reality, and something shifted between us. After 15 years, our relationship finally feels free from the constant power struggle.
